Due to an unordinary peak in traffic Hyro’s STT models had issues scaling up. As a result, patients calling, experienced unexpected misunderstandings with the voice agent or were unable to be transferred to the agent and disconnected. This issue affected voice agents beginning at 12:45pm est and during a 15 minute period - latency reached a high level that we consider downtime. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
