Identified - Our authentication service notified us of an incident preventing logins to the Hyro dashboard. We have confirmed that all of our assistants remained live and were running as expected. We were notified at 2:15 EST and it appears the issue only lasted for roughly 10 minutes. We will continue to monitor and confirm all services are operational
