Identified -
Due to the ongoing AWS incident (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status) with their US1 Region, we are currently experiencing a major outage affecting all voice services. The issue is impacting third-party services we rely on, including Twilio, our telephony provider.
As a result, inbound and outbound voice traffic is currently unavailable.
Our engineering and partner teams are actively monitoring the situation and working to restore connectivity as soon as the upstream providers recover.
We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
