Identified - Due to the ongoing AWS incident (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status) with their US1 Region, we are currently experiencing a major outage affecting all voice services. The issue is impacting third-party services we rely on, including Twilio, our telephony provider.
As a result, inbound and outbound voice traffic is currently unavailable.
Our engineering and partner teams are actively monitoring the situation and working to restore connectivity as soon as the upstream providers recover.
We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

Investigating - There was a period of high-latency from 9:10 to 9:50 where callers may have experienced delays in response time from the Hyro agent. Our on-call engineers swiftly resolved the latency by terminating the impacted server and are investigating further into the root cause of these errors.
